Evans City is a borough in Butler County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,833 at the 2010 census. Evans City is located in southwestern Butler County at 40°46′10″N 80°3′41″W / 40.76944°N 80.06139°W, in the valley of Breakneck Creek. It is bordered to the north, west, and south by Jackson Township, and to the north, east, and south by Forward Township.
